Our solution

MOOI will utilise many of the extensive features of the Alliants Experience Platform to offer a full digital guest journey including:

• Enabling guests to chat with the MOOI team in their messaging app of choice with 2-way instant translation in over 103+ languages.
• Offer self-service options such as contactless check-in & check-out and mobile key within their Guest App.
• Seamlessly manage all guest communications including booking confirmation and pre-arrival emails.
