Where IT Time Goes Today

Three things hotel teams tell us they want fixed first.

A Vendor for Every Feature

Messaging from one supplier, keys from another, payments from a third. Each one means another contract, login, and integration to look after.

Guest Data in Silos

Guest details live in each tool separately, so the same guest is a stranger every time and consent is hard to track.

Rollouts That Never End

Property-by-property installs stretch for months, and every site ends up set up slightly differently.

What changes

One platform, configured by brand and property.

A single guest profile, consent, and settings sit behind every feature, so you set the rules once and each brand or property gets what it needs.

Alliants Core Platform icon

One Guest Profile Across Properties

Preferences, duplicate linking, and consent sit in one profile, configured by brand or property.

Alliants Digital Keys icon

Keys That Work With Your Locks

Wallet keys integrate with leading lock systems, and any key can be revoked instantly from one place.

Secure Sign-In for Every Team Member

Passkey sign-in and one workspace on any device mean fewer passwords to reset and fewer tools to support.

Alliants Payments icon

Card Handling Left to a Specialist

Payments run through a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Level 1 provider with saved card tokens, so card data stays out of your team's hands.

Your rollout

Fast setup.
Lifelong support.

We handle the heavy lifting, so your team keeps running the hotel. Four simple steps get you live, and our support and training stay with you for as long as you are with us.

Kick-off

Start with a call

A call with the team who will set you up. We confirm which products you are going live with, how they connect to your property management system (PMS), and who your point person at the hotel will be.

Setup

You brief, we build

You complete one setup form: your PMS, guest channels, logo, and colours. We build your guest pages, connect your systems, and test everything with example requests and bookings before any guest sees it.

Training

Hands on, not slides

One live session online, around one hour, where your team uses the platform rather than watching someone else use it. Your head concierge can train the rest, with product guides to hand.

Go live

Welcome the first guest

Guests start using it and your team already knows it. Go live is the start, not the finish. Our support and training stay with you, from day one to the next new starter.

Fully integrated

Your systems, finally talking to each other.

You do not need more software. You need fewer tools that work together. Alliants puts the whole stay in one place.

The Basics

What does Alliants give an IT and operations team?

One platform instead of a stack of separate tools. Messaging, check-in, keys, payments and requests run on Alliants Core Platform, with one guest profile, one set of consent records and one staff workspace behind them. That means fewer vendors to manage, fewer logins to support and less integration work to look after. Each brand or property switches on only what it needs.

Which Alliants products would IT be looking after?

Four do most of the work for an IT lead. Alliants Core Platform holds the guest profile, brands, properties and access. The Alliants Staff App is the one workspace your team signs in to. Alliants Digital Keys puts room keys on guests' phones, and Alliants Payments handles payment links, holds and saved cards through your payment provider. Other modules, such as Messaging, appear in the same app when switched on.

Does it replace our property management system?

No. Alliants works alongside your property management system (PMS), keeping bookings, guest profiles and rooms in step. Check-in, check-out, arrival times and profile edits go back to the PMS, and staff can look up a live reservation or resync a single booking. Your PMS stays in place, so there is nothing to rip out before you start.

How is one platform different from a separate vendor for each feature?

With separate suppliers, each feature brings its own contract, login and integration, and the same guest looks like a stranger in every tool. On Alliants, Messaging, Concierge, Contactless, Payments, Digital Keys and Allin AI all read and write the same guest profile, so a preference or consent captured once is visible everywhere. Modules switch on per brand or property, so you add features without adding another vendor.

What does one guest profile mean for our data?

Each guest's records are brought together in one profile, with duplicates matched on email, phone number and loyalty membership. Your team confirms each likely match, and a wrong match can be undone without losing data. Consent is held per channel for your brand or a single property, so there is one place to check what a guest has agreed to.

For Your Guests

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests use a web app that opens from a link in any modern browser, so there is nothing for your team to publish or support in an app store. Room keys sit in Apple Wallet on an iPhone. If your brand has its own mobile app, Alliants can power that too, and Android guests use it for Bluetooth and NFC keys.

How do guests sign in to the guest web app?

With a booking lookup, a one-time code or a sign-in link your team sends by text. Your brand can also switch on branded single sign-on (SSO) through Microsoft Entra ID on your own sign-in domain, and guests can use their loyalty or brand account where it is connected. You decide which methods are on. Availability depends on your property; ask your Alliants contact.

Will guests see our brand or Alliants'?

Yours. Colours, themes, logos and custom fonts are set per brand and applied to guest pages and messages. You can also run guest links on your own domain, with branded short links, so every link a guest receives looks like it came from your hotel and not from a third party.

How are guests' card details kept out of our systems?

Guests type card details into the payment provider's hosted form, with 3-D Secure where the card needs it, so card numbers never pass through Alliants servers. Cards are saved as tokens in the provider's vault, and guests see only the card brand and last four digits. Your team never has to write down or key in a card number.

What do guests on Android phones get for room keys?

Android guests use your hotel's own app, which can hold Bluetooth and NFC keys. The guest web app offers Apple Wallet keys today, and Google Wallet keys exist on some lock systems, so availability depends on your property. Checked-in guests can also see a door PIN in the guest web app if your property management system (PMS) supplies one and you switch it on.

For Your Team

What changes for the service desk when staff sign in?

Staff use one workspace in any modern browser, so there are fewer tools to support. Sign-in can use passkeys, which means fewer passwords to reset, or follow your own single sign-on (SSO). Multi-factor authentication (MFA) can be required for your brand, and sessions end after a period of inactivity, with a warning first.

Can we control who sees what at each property?

Yes. Roles are scoped to your brand, a property or a department, and you can start from hospitality templates or build your own. Sensitive guest details and exports have their own permissions. Viewing a full card number needs a separate permission again, and so do viewing, issuing and revoking keys, so each team gets only what the job needs.

How do joiners and leavers get set up and removed?

Access is removed as soon as a colleague is deactivated, and sign-in can follow the groups in your staff directory through single sign-on (SSO). Creating and removing accounts automatically from your directory is also available, so starters and leavers need no manual step in Alliants. Availability depends on your brand; ask your Alliants contact.

What do staff see if an integration or key issue fails?

Failures are visible, not silent. If a write-back to your property management system (PMS) fails, staff see it with a retry, and integration health shows for each property. A key that fails to issue is recorded, retried on a schedule and flagged, and the system checks for an existing live key first so a retry never creates a second one.

How does Digital Keys cope with lost phones and room moves?

Your property management system (PMS) drives the key, so nobody has to remember to cancel it. A room change revokes the old key and issues a new one, and check-out revokes keys straight away. If a guest loses their phone, staff switch the key off from one screen, with an optional reason, and issue a new one. Each of those actions needs its own permission.

Set-Up and Integrations

Which property management systems does it connect to?

Oracle OPERA Cloud, HotelKey, Shiji, Apaleo, Mews (switched on per property), StayNTouch, Infor HMS and iReckonu. Charges can be posted to the guest folio in OPERA Cloud and Shiji. If a write-back fails, staff see it with a retry, and integration health is visible for each property. We confirm your exact systems before you commit.

Which lock systems does Digital Keys work with?

Salto, dormakaba (including Ambiance, System 6000 and LEGIC) and Assa Abloy (including Vostio). You choose the lock system for each property, and we set up the lock connection during onboarding. Wallet keys need a supported lock system, and the staff app shows whether each property's lock system is reachable and which key types it supports.

Which payment providers does Payments work with?

Adyen, PayOne and Stripe, with each brand or property using its own merchant account. Others are also possible, including Braintree, Cybersource, Elavon, Shift4 and Windcave. Saved cards can be passed into the reservation in your property management system (PMS), including Oracle OPERA Cloud, Mews (switched on per property), Apaleo, Infor, Shiji and Otalio. Availability depends on your property; ask your Alliants contact.

Do you have an API and webhooks for our own systems?

Yes. There is a GraphQL application programming interface (API), the same one every Alliants app uses, with a published Postman collection, plus REST endpoints for profiles, bookings, requests and locations. API keys are limited to the resources and actions each integration needs. Events can be sent to endpoints we register during onboarding, signed so your system can confirm they came from Alliants, with automatic retries.

How is it set up across several properties?

The platform has organisation, brand, property and department levels, with each brand's data held in its own database. Modules and features are switched on per brand or property, and each property has its own PMS, lock system and merchant account connections. Core Platform comes with every brand, and optional features are set up for your brand or property during onboarding.

Security and Data

Is Alliants ISO 27001 certified, and can our security team review the paperwork?

Yes. Alliants is ISO 27001 certified, and security is built into the platform, from how staff sign in to how guest data is stored and erased. Our security and legal teams will send the compliance documents your review needs. Talk to our team to get started, and bring your IT lead's questions.

Where is our data hosted?

On Amazon Web Services, in one regional deployment for your brand: Europe, the United States or Asia Pacific. Each brand has its own dedicated database, and your guest data is never matched or shared with another brand. Data is encrypted in transit, and merchant and payment configuration is also encrypted at rest. Talk to our team to confirm the region for your brand.

How do our staff sign in, and how is access removed?

Staff sign in through your own single sign-on (SSO), so access follows the groups in your staff directory, or with passkeys and passwords that meet your brand's rules. Your brand can require multi-factor authentication (MFA). When a colleague is deactivated, their access ends straight away, and idle sessions expire.

How are card and key credentials protected?

Card entry uses the payment provider's hosted fields, and cards are vaulted by a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 provider. Alliants stores only the provider token, card brand, expiry and last four digits. Lock-system and wallet signing credentials are held in Amazon Web Services Secrets Manager, never in the database, and wallet key requests need a checked-in booking and are rate-limited per guest.

How do consent and guest data requests work?

Consent is held per guest and per channel, for your brand or a single property, and checked before any message is sent. Staff can record consent given in person or by phone. When a guest asks to be erased, the request clears their data across related records, including conversations, and keeps a record of what was cleared without holding any guest details. Data past your retention period is removed.

Getting Started

How do we see it working against our own integration list?

Bring your IT lead and your integration list. In 30 minutes an Alliants expert maps what you run today, such as your property management system, lock systems and payment provider, then shows how the platform fits around it. Talk to our team to book, and we will show it running in a hotel like yours.

How long does a rollout take across several properties?

It depends on your properties and systems, so we agree the plan and dates with you before you sign. Onboarding covers your property management system (PMS) connection, guest channels, departments and opening hours, plus training for your team, and each property's lock system and merchant account are configured as part of it. Talk to our team about sequencing several sites.

Which bundles include these products, and how is it priced?

Core Platform and the Staff App come with every brand. Digital Keys is in the Seamless Bundle, the Keys Bundle and the All-In Bundle, and Payments is in the Seamless Bundle and the All-In Bundle. Pricing is per room per month for the bundle you choose, with a one-off set-up per property, and messaging and key usage included up to a fair usage level. Talk to our team for a quote.

What support and service levels come with it?

Set-up includes virtual training for your team, built-in lessons walk new colleagues through each task, and in-app support chat is always one click away. Integration health is visible for each property in the staff app. For formal service levels, uptime commitments and support hours, talk to our team.
