One Guest Profile Across Every Brand and Property
Give every brand its own look and rules, and every guest one profile, with consent managed by brand or property and a rollout built for group scale.

70M+ guest experiences across hundreds of thousands of rooms.

Where Multi-Brand Groups Struggle Today
Three things hotel teams tell us they want fixed first.
Every Property a Different Setup
Each hotel runs its own tools and processes, so service varies from one property to the next and every rollout starts from scratch.
One Guest, Many Strangers
A guest who stays with three of your brands is a new face every time, because their details never travel with them.
Consent Tangled Across Brands
Brands and regions have different rules on who you can contact, and tracking them by hand is slow and risky.
Standardise the platform, not the personality of each brand.
One platform runs behind every property, with settings by brand and a shared guest profile, so each hotel keeps its character and your group keeps control.
One Profile Across Your Portfolio
Preferences, duplicate linking, and consent follow the guest across properties, configured by brand or property.
Portfolio Views for Head Office
Compare response times and team performance across properties, with AI sentiment and saved views for your regional leads.
A Branded App for Every Brand
Fully branded with no download needed, so each brand keeps its own look and owns its relationship with the guest.
Campaigns With Consent Built In
Build audiences and journeys across your portfolio, with consent handled by brand or property.

Fast setup.
Lifelong support.
We handle the heavy lifting, so your team keeps running the hotel. Four simple steps get you live, and our support and training stay with you for as long as you are with us.

Kick-off
Start with a call
A call with the team who will set you up. We confirm which products you are going live with, how they connect to your property management system (PMS), and who your point person at the hotel will be.
Setup
You brief, we build
You complete one setup form: your PMS, guest channels, logo, and colours. We build your guest pages, connect your systems, and test everything with example requests and bookings before any guest sees it.
Training
Hands on, not slides
One live session online, around one hour, where your team uses the platform rather than watching someone else use it. Your head concierge can train the rest, with product guides to hand.
Go live
Welcome the first guest
Guests start using it and your team already knows it. Go live is the start, not the finish. Our support and training stay with you, from day one to the next new starter.
Your systems, finally talking to each other.
You do not need more software. You need fewer tools that work together. Alliants puts the whole stay in one place.

The Basics
What does Alliants offer a multi-brand hotel group?
One platform that runs behind every property in your group. Alliants Core Platform holds the guest profile, your brands, properties and users, with settings by brand and property. Alliants Guest App, Alliants Insights and Alliants Engage sit on top. Each brand keeps its own look and rules, and head office keeps control of standards.
How does one platform cover several brands and properties?
The platform has organisation, brand, property and department levels, each with its own settings and data boundaries. Each brand's data is held in its own database, and modules and features are switched on per brand or property. Head office sets standards once, each property adapts what it needs, and group administrators move between brands without separate logins.
Does one guest profile follow a guest across our brands?
Within a brand, yes. Alliants holds one profile per guest per brand, shared by every property in it, so a preference captured at one hotel is visible to every team straight away. Each brand's data sits in its own database, so how profiles link between separate brands depends on how your group is set up. Talk to our team and bring your brand list.
Does Alliants replace our property management systems?
No. It works alongside the property management system (PMS) at each property, keeping bookings, guest profiles and rooms in step. Check-in, check-out, arrival times and profile edits go back to the PMS. Each property has its own PMS connection, so a group with mixed systems can run on one platform, and staff can look up a live reservation or resync a single booking.
How is this different from every hotel running its own tools?
With separate tools, service varies from property to property and every rollout starts from scratch. Here the platform is shared and the settings are yours. Check-in steps, journeys and consent are set by brand, with overrides for each property, and a journey built once at brand level can be pushed to every property as a draft. Each hotel keeps its character while your group keeps control.
For Your Guests
Will guests see each brand's own look or Alliants'?
Each brand's own. Colours, heading styles, logos and your own uploaded fonts are set per brand and appear on guest pages and messages, and sign-in messages use that brand's wording. You can also run the guest app on your own web address, with guest links shortened on your own domain, so each brand owns its relationship with the guest.
Do guests have to download an app?
No. Guest App opens from a link in any modern mobile or desktop browser, with nothing to download. If a brand already has its own iOS and Android app, a documented guest application programming interface (API) can power it with the same bookings, requests, keys and payments, and guest pages can open inside it with the guest already signed in. Availability depends on your property; ask your Alliants contact.
How do guests sign in to their stay?
The way each brand chooses. Guests can use their confirmation number and surname, confirm their email or phone number with a one-time code, follow a sign-in link sent by text message, or use your own single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID. Where a loyalty or brand account is connected, guests can sign in with that. You switch methods on per brand, and at least one must stay on.
What can guests do in the guest app?
Guests see every upcoming and past stay, booking details with directions, and the stay itinerary. They can chat with your team, send service, spa and dining requests and follow their status, update their contact details and add companions, and choose their language when you switch that on. Check-in, keys and offers appear when those modules are on for the brand, and you switch each section on or off per brand.
What does a returning guest notice at another of our hotels?
Their details are already there. Guests who stay at another property in the same brand are matched to one profile by email, phone number and loyalty membership, so a preference captured at one hotel is visible to every team at every property straight away. Guests with linked profiles can also see and act on all their bookings from the guest app.
For Your Team
How do we stop the same guest appearing twice across properties?
Profiles are matched on email, phone number and loyalty membership, and your brand can add name plus booking confirmation. Likely duplicates are ranked in a review queue with a suggested primary profile, and your team confirms each one. Matches are linked rather than overwritten, so a wrong join can be reversed without losing data, and fields a colleague corrected are locked against the next system sync.
What can head office see across our properties?
Insights gives general managers, department heads and brand leaders dashboards on conversations, requests, stays and online check-in, broken down by property, channel, department and day. Each person sees only the properties they are assigned to, and you set a brand-wide target for first response to guest messages. Dashboards update overnight, so they show performance up to the previous day. For a view across several brands, ask our team.
Can head office and our hotels share journeys and campaigns?
Yes. Brand teams build a journey once and push it to every property as a draft, and each property can adapt its own copy. A library of ready-made hospitality journeys covers every stay phase, audiences can be scoped to a property, and permissions separate brand-wide authors from property-level ones. Every send is checked against the guest's consent for that channel first.
How much can each hotel change for itself?
Head office sets the standard and each property adapts within it. Settings sit at organisation, brand, property and department levels, and features are switched on per brand or property. Brand teams set check-in steps with property overrides, and roles are scoped to the brand, a property or a department, so a hotel team can change what you allow and nothing more.
Can AI help our regional leads spot problem properties?
It helps them find the conversations that matter. When a guest conversation closes, Allin AI writes a short summary, scores its sentiment as positive, neutral or negative, and assigns a priority. Managers can also save filters and publish shared views for a property or brand, where you switch this on. You choose whether to switch AI summaries on for your brand.
Set-Up and Integrations
Which property management systems does it connect to?
Oracle OPERA Cloud, HotelKey, Shiji, Apaleo, Mews (switched on per property), StayNTouch, Infor HMS and iReckonu. Each property has its own connection, so a group with mixed systems runs on one platform. Charges can be posted to the guest folio in OPERA Cloud and Shiji. If a write-back fails, staff see it with a retry, and integration health is visible for each property.
Does it connect to our loyalty and guest data platforms?
Yes, where your systems are connected. Loyalty, VIP status and memberships are imported from your systems and shown on the guest profile, and guests can sign in with their loyalty or brand account. Guest data and customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as iReckonu and Cendyn connect too, and consent flows in from your property management, CRM and booking systems. Availability depends on your property; ask your Alliants contact.
Do you have an API for our own systems?
Yes. A GraphQL application programming interface (API), the same one every Alliants app uses, with a published Postman collection, plus REST endpoints for profiles, bookings, requests and locations. API keys are limited to the resources and actions each integration needs, and signed webhooks can pass platform events to your own systems.
How do we set up brands, properties and users?
Core Platform is included with every Alliants brand. Optional features, such as matching rules and required profile fields, are set up for each brand or property during onboarding, and Guest App has one settings page per brand covering its web address, sign-in options and sections. Directory provisioning, which creates and removes staff accounts automatically from your staff directory, is also available, depending on your brand.
Can we use our own web address and tracking tools?
Yes. Guest App can run on your own web address, with guest links on your own domain and branded short links through Short.io. You can also connect your own Google Tag Manager, RudderStack and OneTrust cookie-consent accounts, and analytics and tracking in the guest app follow your brand's own cookie-consent set-up.
Security and Data
Is Alliants certified for information security?
Yes. Alliants holds ISO 27001 certification, and security runs through the platform, from how staff sign in to how guest data is stored and erased. If your group's security or legal team needs to review documentation, talk to our team and we will send the compliance documents the review needs.
Where is our guest data hosted, and can each brand choose a region?
On Amazon Web Services, in one regional deployment for each brand: Europe, the United States or Asia Pacific. Each brand has its own dedicated database, and data is encrypted in transit. Some enterprise customers run dedicated environments, so ask our team whether that applies to your group and which region suits each brand.
How do our staff sign in across the group?
With your own single sign-on, so access follows the groups in your staff directory, or with passkeys and passwords that meet your brand's rules. Multi-factor authentication can be required for your brand, and access is removed as soon as a colleague is deactivated. Starters and leavers can also be provisioned automatically from your directory, if you switch that on.
Can we limit what each property and role can see?
Yes. Roles are scoped to your brand, a property or a department, with separate permissions for sensitive guest details and exports, and you can start from hospitality templates or set up your own. Insights dashboards are filtered to each user's assigned properties, and reporting tables hold counts, times and categories, never guest names or contact details.
How is consent handled across brands and regions?
Consent is held per channel for a brand or a single property. It arrives from your property management system (PMS) and dining platforms, staff can record it in person, and consent a guest gives directly outranks a later sync. Every send is checked against it, with rules that follow the guest's jurisdiction. If a guest asks to be erased, their data is cleared across related records and a record of what was cleared is kept without any guest details.
Getting Started
How can we see it working across our brands?
Book 30 minutes with an Alliants expert. Bring your brand list and we will show you how one platform could sit behind them all, running in a hotel like yours. We will also talk through how it would fit your properties and systems.
Which bundles include these products?
Core Platform is in every bundle: the Signature Bundle, Messaging Bundle, Seamless Bundle, Keys Bundle and All-In Bundle. Guest App and Insights are part of the All-In Bundle, and Engage is part of the Signature and All-In bundles. So the All-In Bundle covers all four. Talk to our team about which bundle suits each brand.
How is it priced for a group?
Per room per month for the bundle you choose, with a one-off setup per property, and messaging and key usage included up to a fair usage level. Talk to our team for a quote based on your rooms and properties.
How would we roll this out across many properties?
Modules are switched on per brand and per property, so you can begin with the hotels or brands that suit you and add more as you grow. We agree the plan and dates with you before you sign. Onboarding covers each property management system (PMS) connection, guest channels, departments and opening hours, plus virtual training for your team.
