The Lyle, part of the Lore Group is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Dupont Circle, Washington DC. Its stunning interior design is inspired by the art deco movement and features 196 rooms, a restaurant & bar, and 775 sq. ft. gym. Working closely with the Lyle's team, Alliants implemented our Alliants Experience Platform modules to:
- Allow customers to message the Lyle's team across all major messaging platforms;
- Enable the Lyle's team to have a single view of all guest requests across the brand by department and individual customer;
- And easily review their data via a suite of reports and dashboards to create actionable and real-time insights.
The Alliants Experience Platform unifies the Lyle's guest communication and requests, concierge, and trip planning.
- The Lyle's team can quickly look up vendors and vendor contact details directly from their device. And call them from the application making it easy to confirm guest requests.
- View a guest's itinerary and see the real-time status of their requests.
- Benefit from world-class security measures e.g. automatic detection and deletion of credit card numbers typed in by customers or uploading of photos of passports.
- An optional staff app is available to the Lyle's team if they wish to access the Alliants Experience Platform while on the move. The staff app is available on both iOS and Android.
