The brief

The Bvlgari Hotel Paris, part of the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts luxury hospitality collection combines timeless glamour and heritage with a contemporary design and furniture by world-renowned Italian architects Antonio Citterio & Patricia Viel.

With 76 residences and a stunning penthouse of 1000m² with its own private roof garden and breathtaking 360° views across Paris, the Bvlgari Hotel Paris offers uncompromising luxury.

Working in partnership with Alliants, the Bvlgari Hotel Paris wished to increase engagement levels and enhance its guest experience through using technology.

Our solution

The Alliants Experience Platform (AXP) provides Bvlgari Hotel Paris guests with a safe, contactless guest experience. For phase one of the project, Alliants created QR codes to direct guests to a specific landing page on the Bvlgari Hotel Paris website.

  • Depending on the browser language the guests' mobile device is set to, guests are automatically directed to either the English or French version of the landing page.
  • Guests can then choose which messaging channel they wish to chat to the Bvlgari Hotel Paris team in i.e. WhatsApp, SMS, LINE
  • With two-way instant translation in over 103+ languages, communication is seamless between the Bvlgari Hotel Paris team and their guests.
