- To design, implement, manage, and deliver technical support services to Alliants and Alliants’s clients
- To provide expert consultancy regarding current and future state environments, platforms, and technical strategy to both Alliants and Alliants’s clients.
- To protect and where possible increase revenues relating to support services or consultancy.
Rota: Normal out of hours on-call requirement will be on a rota basis; scheduled to be contactable as the first responder one week in four. Escalation point for severe environment issues at other times.
