Role description

To provide Business Analysis expertise in order to produce functional specifications and workflows from which Alliants’ technical teams can design world-class systems and applications.  

To provide Project Management services in the design, development, and implementation of these world class systems and applications, and systems integrations for the luxury hospitality space. 

Essential skills

  • Jira, Visio or other workflow modeling
  • Proven track recording of working within an Agile software development environment

Commercial Experience

  • Running client workshops to capture and refine business requirements and opportunities to deliver value to our clients  
  • Experience with business systems and/or business process design
  • Commercial experience in an agile, waterfall environment
  • Working with development teams to design, implement and test business applications
  • Initiating, managing, and delivering systems complex projects.
  • Project governance including reporting 
  • Systems integration
