Alliants launches contactless customer check in system

Venue opening? Need a contactless customer registration system to easily record & validate customer contact details to aid NHS Test & Trace effort? At no cost to your business.

A new contactless customer check in system Trace19 has been launched by Alliants to help venues such as pubs, bars and coffee shops easily record customer details to aid NHS Test and Trace efforts.

At no cost to the venue, customers simply scan a QR code and send a text to register their mobile number. The data is held securely in line with GDPR regulations for the required government period before being deleted and is simple for the venue to access should it be required by the NHS. The data is only held for Track and Trace purposes and is not retained for any other purpose.

Trace19 enables a quick contactless registration between the venue and the customer and releases the burden of administering paperwork.

There are 2 pricing options available:

Option 1: Trace19 is free for venues and there are no upfront or running costs. The customer will be charged £1 with 25p being donated to NHS Charities Together per check in. (plus their standard network rate)

Option 2: The venue will be charged £0.30 per customer check in starting with a minimum of £30 per month.

Having worked in the hospitality industry for 15 years, we feel strongly about supporting our industry at this time and created Trace19 to help venues safely re-open and at no cost to them.“ said Nick Daniels, Alliants CPO and Co-Founder.
