I walked in off the streets five years ago and asked: “What can I do to help?”. Starting out as a Junior Developer working for Facewatch took me to Kiev at the height of the 2014 Ukrainian Revolution—I worked on improving the application that enables staff to record and take statements from victims of crime on behalf of the Police.
The travel and tourism network at Alliants led me to work on a new booking flow for an international, luxury, five-star hospitality company, a project that resulted in a 10% improvement over the old booking flow—an added $34,000,000 per year for the client.
My day-to-day work involves looking after the wellbeing of our mobile team, improving the Not On The High Street marketplace, and helping to make Alliants a great place to work.
